INTRODUCTION

This 3 for $99 Offer is made available by Kajabi, LLC. This is a limited-time offer, which expires on [October 2, 2023]. Limit one (1) redemption per customer. By accepting this offer and using the Kajabi product you are agreeing to these terms, as well as our Terms of Service and other Policies and our standard Promotional Terms.

THE OFFER

The Offer entitles you to a discounted rate of $99 for 3 months (the “Introductory Period”) of the Kajabi Growth plan (pursuant to eligibility requirements below). You will be charged the introductory price of $99 on sign-up.

AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION

By accepting this Offer, you are signing up for an auto-renewing subscription. At the end of your Introductory Period, you will automatically become a paying user of Kajabi and be charged the regular monthly Growth plan price of $199. The payment method you provided will automatically be charged the relevant subscription fee(s) monthly until you cancel your subscription. To avoid this charge, you must cancel before the end of your Introductory Period by logging into your Kajabi account and following the prompts on your Account page, or by contacting us at [email protected], before the end of your Introductory Period. Otherwise, you will be charged the relevant subscription fee(s) immediately upon expiration of the Introductory Period. If you wish to cancel your subscription after the end of your Introductory Period, you may do so by following the instructions above, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle before terminating. There are no refunds or credits for partial subscriptions. If Kajabi increases the applicable fee in the future, we will provide you notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. By continuing to use the Kajabi product after the price change takes effect, you accept the new price.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for this discounted pricing offer, you must:

have received an invitation email directly from Kajabi;
not have a currently active Kajabi membership;
provide Kajabi with a valid and current payment method; and
be over 18 years old.
