PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE OFFER, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR INTRODUCTORY PERIOD ENDS.

INTRODUCTION

This Offer is made available by Kajabi, LLC. This is a limited-time offer, which expires on September 27, 2023. Limit one (1) redemption per customer. By accepting this offer and using the Kajabi product you are agreeing to these terms, as well as our Terms of Service and other Policies and our standard Promotional Terms.

THE OFFER

The Offer entitles new customers, with a purchase of the Amy Porterfield Digital Course Academy (“DCA”) through the Kajabi link, to a free three (3) month trial (the “Introductory Period”) of the Kajabi plan of your choice (pursuant to eligibility requirements below) and free participation in the exclusive Digital Course Builders Community (the “Community”).

Once you purchase the DCA through the Kajabi link, you will receive an email from Kajabi with instructions to redeem your free trial. You must redeem your free trial by October 6, 2023. Please be sure when purchasing the DCA you provide a correct email address and to regularly check your email for the message from Kajabi. Kajabi will have no responsibility for your failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for your provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

The Community will include exclusive content, live virtual events, and challenges to help get your online business ready for launch. Once you sign up for a free trial and a Kajabi account, you will automatically be signed up to become a member of the Community and will receive email instructions on how to access the Community. Access to the Community will begin on October 2, 2023 at 9:00 AM PT and will end on December 29, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT. Participants must sign up for the Community in order to be eligible to participate in Community content and events. Participants should log into their Community account regularly to receive notifications of the live events and challenges.

AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION

By accepting this Offer, you are signing up for an auto-renewing subscription. At the end of your Introductory Period, you will automatically become a paying user of Kajabi and will be charged the applicable plan’s monthly regular price. The payment method you provided will automatically be charged the relevant subscription fee(s), until you cancel your subscription. To avoid this charge, you must cancel before the end of your Introductory Period by logging into your Kajabi account and following the prompts on your Account page, or by contacting us at [email protected], before the end of your Introductory Period. Otherwise, you will be charged the relevant subscription fee(s) immediately upon expiration of the Introductory Period. You will then be charged monthly or annually (based on the plan you choose) regularly until you cancel your subscription. At any time you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by following the instructions above, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle before terminating. There are no refunds or credits for partial subscriptions. If Kajabi increases the applicable fee in the future, we will provide you notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. By continuing to use the Kajabi product after the price change takes effect, you accept the new price.

THE COMMUNITY

The Community is a public forum, which includes without limitation, discussion forums, message boards, blogs, chat rooms, and instant messaging features. By participating in the Community, you acknowledge these public forums are for public and not private communications. You further acknowledge that any content you upload, submit, post, transmit, communicate, share, or exchange by means of the Community may be viewed on the Internet by the general public, and therefore, you have no expectation of privacy with regard to any such submission or posting. You are, and shall remain, solely responsible for the content you upload, submit, post, transmit, communicate, share, or exchange by means of the Community and for the consequences of submitting or posting the same. You acknowledge and agree that Kajabi is not responsible for any content posted on its public forums by any third parties, including without limitation any content that you may find illegal, infringing, false, defamatory, harassing, threatening, bigoted, hateful, violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, negative, offensive or harmful. Kajabi expects that all Community members be kind and respectful in their interactions within the Community and all communications and content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Kajabi reserves the right to remove any member from the Community at any time and for any reason.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Offer, you must:

have received the Offer email directly from Kajabi;
have purchased the DCA through the Kajabi link;
be a new Kajabi customer;
not have a currently active Kajabi account;
provide Kajabi with a valid and current payment method; and
be over 18 years old.

AVAILABILITY

You must purchase the DCA by September 27, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT and redeem the free trial offer by October 6, 2023. Kajabi reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time and for any reason. Void where prohibited.
